Delivery in Shenzhen is fast and cheap once your address, phone number, payment, and building instructions line up.
Food delivery
Food delivery runs through Meituan and Ele.me. You need a Chinese phone number, a payment method that goes through, and an address written in Chinese with building, unit, compound, and a nearby landmark.
Package delivery
Packages may go to:
- your door;
- building reception;
- a smart locker;
- a nearby pickup station;
- the management office;
- a courier who calls you directly.
Address checklist
- district;
- street or road;
- compound or building name;
- building number;
- floor and room number;
- recipient name;
- Chinese phone number;
- delivery note.
Common problems
- foreign phone number not accepted;
- address entered in English only;
- courier cannot reach you;
- building blocks delivery to door;
